PRECINCT NO. 69 : Beginning at a point 530 feet north of !q the southwest corner of Government Lot 3, Section 30, Town- ship 29 north, Range 5 E.W.M. ; thence south following the 0 east line of Sections 25 and 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 EWM to Mukilteo Boulevard; thence southerly and westerly along Mukilteo Boulevard to the north and south center line of said Section 36; thence north along said center line of Section 36 to the north line of Section 36; thence west to the City Limits; thence north along 'the city limit line to a point directly west of the point of beginning; thence east to the point of beginning.
