ORDINANCE NO. 3610 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and i assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 644 for the im- provement of: RUCKER AVENUE from the north line of Plat of Grand- view Addition to Everett to Alverson Blvd. by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, by the con- struction of concrete curbs and gutters and concrete sidewalks where necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities, by the construction or reconstruction where necessary of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3566 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 644 for the improvement of: RUCKER AVENUE from the north line of Plat of Grand view Addition to Everett to Alverson Blvd. by the construction of an asphaltic concrete pavement, by the con- struction of concrete curbs and gutters and concrete sidewalks where necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage facilities, by the construction or reconstruction where necessary of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3566 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the wenday of ay , 1957, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
