" • ' • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3607 <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the Zoning Map of the City of <br /> Everett as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett <br /> entitled: <br /> An Ordinance regulating and restricting the location <br /> and use of buildings and land within the City of <br /> Everett; limiting the heighth of buildings; pre- <br /> scribing building lines and size of yard and other <br /> open spaces; providing for the division of the City <br /> into use zones; creating aboard of adjustment; and <br /> providing for penalties for violation of the <br /> ordinance . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the zone map of the City of Everett, } <br /> also designated as the "use map"of the City of Everett, as establish- <br /> ed by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572 as above outlined is hereby <br /> amended by including within Zone B-2 the following described pro- <br /> perty: <br /> All that part of the SW;L, NE NW , Sec. 17, T 29 <br /> N, R 5 EWM, BEGINNING at the intersection of the <br /> westerly r/w line of Primary State Highway No. 1 <br /> with the S line of Radio Add. to Everett; th S <br /> 40°25 '08" W along said r/w line for 225 ft. to <br /> the tpob; th NWly at right angles to said r/w line <br /> of Primary State Highway No. 1 for 100 ft. ; th N <br /> 40°25 '08" east to a point on the S line of said <br /> Radio Add. ; th ly on said S line to the W line of <br /> the said SA NEB; NA; th Sly along said W line to <br /> the N line of 1Oth St. ; th Ely along said N line <br /> to the Wly r/w line of Primary State Highway No. 1; <br /> th NEly along said r/w line to the tpob, lying <br /> between U.S. 99 to the alley east of Broadway from <br /> 1Oth St. north to the South line of Radio Add. <br /> Section 2: That the zone map of the City of Everett, <br /> also designated as the "use map" of the City of Everett, as estab- <br /> lished by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3572 as above outlined is <br /> hereby amended by changing from Zone R-3 to Zone R-4 the following <br /> described property: • <br /> West side of Colby Avenue from 22nd Street to <br /> 24th Street <br /> Also : East side of Colby Avenue from 22nd <br /> Street to 24th Street <br /> Section 3: That the official zone map shall, upon the <br /> passage of this ordinance, be amended by the City Clerk as herein- <br /> above provided and henceforth said property shall be used in <br /> accordance with the zone in which the same is now established, all <br /> as provided by Ordinance No. 3572 of the City of Everett. <br /> w <br /> May o r <br /> Attest: <br /> 2/4_4ki <br /> City erk <br /> Passed: Fb. 13, 1957 <br /> Published: <br /> Feb. 14, 1957 <br />
