ORDINANCE NO. 3605 1 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and } assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 64+6 for the im- provement of: fl CEDAR STREET from 19th St. to 13th St. on the west ` side only by the construction of concrete curbs and ! gutters, concrete sidewalks where necessary; and ij Cedar St. on the east side only from 19th St. north to the end of the existing sidewalk by the con- struction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, installa- tion of necessary drainage and by doing such other } work as may be necessary in connection therewith. all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3575 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, pro- viding for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 646 for the improvement of: CEDAR STREET from 19th St. to 18th St. on the west side only by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks where necessary; and Cedar St. on the east side only from 19th St. north to the end of the existing sidewalk by the con- struction of concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, installation of necessary drainage and by doing such other work as } may be necessary in connection therewith. IE all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accord- ance with Ordinance No. 3575 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of d land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially 4C benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the 10th day of April. , 1957, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. ss S i ii tf 1
