Y w W ORDINANCE NO. 3600 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 645 for the im - provement of: WALNUT ST. from a point 5 ft. north of the north property line of Butler St. to the existing concrete sidewalk constructed under the juris- diction of the State Highway Dept. approximately 674 ft. north of the north property line of Butler St. on the west side of Walnut St. only by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk includ- ing the necessary excavation and backfill, the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, water mains and hydrants with the necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of all necessary drainage facilities, by providing for the necessary sur- face drainage and such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary therewith, all in accord- ance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3574 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on: account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof.
