• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3595 <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 643 for the im- <br /> provement of: <br /> ROCKEFELLER AVE. from the Athletic Field to a point <br /> approximately 433.74 ft, north of the Athletic Field <br /> (in the SW of the NW, Sec . 17, T 29 N, R 5 EWM) <br /> by the construction of a sewer, together with the necessary appurt- <br /> enances, providing for the necessary sewer drainage and doing such <br /> other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in <br /> accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No . 3565 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment <br /> on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the <br /> issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 643 for the improvement of : • <br /> ROCKEFELLER AVE. from the Athletic Field to a point <br /> approximately 433.74 ft. north of the Athletic Field <br /> (in the SWI of the NW, Sec . 17, T 29 N, R 5 EWM) <br /> by the construction of a sewer, together with the necessary appurt- <br /> enances, providing for the necessary sewer drainage and doing such <br /> other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in <br /> • accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance <br /> with Ordinance No. 3565 ofihe City of Everett, as the same now <br /> stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- • <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property <br /> • appearing on said roll In the amount finally charged against the <br /> same . <br /> Section That the tth eb a <br /> day of , 1957, 1s <br /> the <br /> 2o .r rury <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of e coms required to <br /> be issued on account of such improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first <br /> publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed <br /> in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5 : That the City of Everett may sell said bonds • <br /> and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the- ordinances <br /> • of said City. <br /> MRGECUIMPACK <br /> MAYO R <br /> - Attest: <br /> JOOL.
