4 , ORDINANCE NO. 3594 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 641 for the im- provement of: NASSAU STREET from Pacific Ave . to Hewitt Ave . on the east side of the street and from a point 63 .59 ft. south of the south property line of Wall St. to Hewitt Ave . on the west side of the street by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers and side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, installation of necessary drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5900 therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No . 3558 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 641 for the improvement of: NASSAU STREET from Pacific Ave . to Hewitt Ave . on the east side of the street and from a point 63.59 ft. south of the south property line of Wall St. to Hewitt Ave . on the west side of the street by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction where necessary, of all sewers and side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of con- crete sidewalks where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, installation of necessary drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5900, and all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3558 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2 : That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appear- ing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3: That the 15th day of February , 1957, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4+: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first. publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
