�' -\ I Y • w ORDINANCE NO585 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 636 for the improvement of: FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the south side of the street only, and FIFTY-SECOND STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the north side of the street only, and RUCKER AVENUE from 50th Street to 52nd Street on both sides of the street by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk and curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the re- moval and reinstallation of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accord- ance with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3549 of the City of Everett, levying an assess- ment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No . 636 for the improvement of: FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the south side of the street only, and FIFTY-SECOND STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the north side of the street only, and RUCKER AVENUE from 50th Street to 52nd Street on both sides of the street by the construction of a Portland cement concrete sidewalk and curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the re- moval and reinstallation of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accord- ance with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3549 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . � J Section 3 : That the 21st day of January , 19 57 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement.
