t. - ORDINANCE NO. 3582 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 637 for the im- provement of: FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the north side of the street only, and RUCKER AVENUE from the north line of the Plat of Claremont Heights to 50th Street on both sides of the street by the construction of a portland cement concrete sidewalk and curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and re- installation of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3550 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That the assessment and the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 637 for the improvement of: FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of Rucker Avenue to the alley east of Rucker Avenue on the north side of the street only, and RUCKER AVENUE from the north line of the Plat of Claremont Heights to 50th Street on both sides of the street by the construction of portland cement concrete sidewalk and curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and re- installation of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3550 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefitted by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same . Section 3 : That the 16th day of January , 195 7 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
