SECTION 17. OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING REQUIRE: NTS A. REQUIRED OFF-STREET PARKING: Every building hereafter erected, and every building hereafter reconstructed or structurally altered, unless there be existing written contractual obligations :lade prior to the adoption of this ordinance shall be provided with permanently maintained narking space as provided in this section and such parking space shall be made permanently available and be permanently maintained for parking purposes.
