; ORDINANCE NO. 3558 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: NASSAU STREET from Pacific Ave. to Hewitt Ave . on the east side of the street and from a point 63.59 ft. south of the south property line of Wall St. to Hewitt Ave . on the west side of the street by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers and side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or re- construction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by such grad- ing or regrading as may be necessary, installation of necessary drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in con- nection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5900 of the City of Everett, creating a local iprovement districts creating a local improvement district fund therefor and pro- viding for the payment of said improvement by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of payment by bonds. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5900 of the City of Everett, the City Council has declared its intention to order the improvement as above outlined, and doing all work in con- nection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of. Everett, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 : That an i provement be made of : NASSAU STREET from Pacific Ave. to Hewitt Ave. on the east side of the street and from a point 63.59 ft. south of the south property line of Wall St. to Hewitt Ave . on the west side of the Street by the construction of concrete curbs and gutters, including as a part of said work the Constrction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers and side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by such grading or re- grading as may be necessary, installation of necessary drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- with, all according to the plans and specifications of the City Engineer and which plans and specifications are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the costs and expenses of such improve- ment, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district in accordance with the law. The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided by Chapter iLl, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Section 3 : That there is hereby established a local im- provement district to be known as "Local Improvement District No. 641 ", which district shall include the following des- cribed property located in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington:
