ORDINANCE NO. 3552 <br /> AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade of the <br /> alley east of Central Avenue from a point 475 ft. south of the <br /> south property line of 48th St. in the City of Everett. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined that <br /> public necessity demands that the grade of the al ey east of <br /> Central Ave. from a point 475 ft. south of the sou h property <br /> line of 48th St. as measured along the west property line of <br /> said alley to the south property line of 48th St. be established, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the property line grades for the alley <br /> east of Central Ave. from a point 475 ft. south of the south <br /> property line of 48th St. as measured along the west property <br /> line of said alley to the south property line of 48th St. be <br /> established to the following elevations : <br /> Beginning at a point 475 ft. south of the south property <br /> line of 48th St. as measured along the west property line <br /> of said alley which is designated as Station 0 t 00; <br /> thence north along the property lines of said alley to the <br /> south line of 48th St. which is Station 4 it 75 as follows : <br /> 0 -f 00 B.
