Section 3: That there is hereby established a local <br /> improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District <br /> No. 637 ", which district shall include the following described <br /> property located in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: <br /> Lots 141 to 150, inc. , Plat of Claremont Heights. <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Plat of Baker-McLaughlin <br /> Addition to the City of Everett. <br /> Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, Plat of Rucker Avenue <br /> Addition. <br /> Begin at the northwest corner of Lot 1, Plat of <br /> Rucker Avenue Addition; thence easterly along the <br /> north line of said Lot 1 for 155.42 ft. ; thence <br /> angle left 95°17 ' for 231.23 ft.m/l, along a line <br /> equidistant from the east property line of Rucker <br /> Avenue and the west property line of Central <br /> Avenue; thence angle left 95°17 ' along the north <br /> line of Plat of Claremont Heights extended wester- <br /> ly for 174.08 ft. , m/1, to the east property line <br /> of Rucker Avenue; thence angle left 90° for 201.75 <br /> feet along the east property line of Rucker <br /> Avenue to the point of beginning. <br /> Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called <br /> "Local Improvement Fund No. 637 ", which shall consist in the <br /> aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected <br /> on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local <br /> improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds <br /> in said district for the purpose of defraying the costs and <br /> expenses of such improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the <br /> bonds, interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement. <br /> Section 5: The costs and expenses of such improvement <br /> shall be defrayed by special assessment, payable in ten (10) <br /> equal annual installments, with interest thereon at the rate of <br /> four percent (4%) per annum, under the mode of payment by bonds <br /> as provided by law and the ordinances of the City of Everett. <br /> Bonds bearing interest at the rate of four percent per annum <br /> payable on or before twelve (12) years from date of issue, <br /> shall be issued in payment of the costs and expenses of such <br /> improvement, or the City of Everett may, at its election, sell <br /> said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> 4./; a-ii>" <br /> City letk <br /> Passed: May 15, 1956 <br /> t"1 <br /> Published: " , 1956 <br />
