ORDINANCE NO. ''"' <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assess- <br /> ment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 635 for <br /> the improvement of: <br /> The alley west of Colby Avenue from 35th Street to <br /> 36th Street, more specifically described as Block <br /> 6 of Friday' s First Addition and Block 852, Plat <br /> of Everett, Division "H" <br /> by the construction of a lateral sewer, together with the necessary <br /> appurtenances therewith, and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to the proper completion of the work, all in accordance <br /> with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No. 3520 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on <br /> account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the <br /> issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and the assessment <br /> I roll of Local Improvement District No. 635 for the improvement of: <br /> The alley west of Colby Avenue from 35th Street to <br /> 36th Street, more specifically described as Block <br /> 6 of Friday's First Addition and Block 852, Plat <br /> of Everett, Division "H" <br /> by the construction of a lateral sewer, together with the necessary <br /> appurtenances therewith, and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary to the proper completion of the work, all in accordance <br /> with a majority petition therefor, and all in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No. 3520 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, <br /> be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and <br /> ) parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be <br /> especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount <br /> :4 charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an <br /> s assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other <br /> property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged <br /> against the same. <br /> k <br /> Section 3: That the 1 f,rzy day of January , <br /> 1956, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds <br /> required to be issued on account of suhh improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each <br /> lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of <br /> such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the <br /> date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has <br /> been placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell <br /> 1 said bonds and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the <br /> ordinances of the said City. <br /> —s s <br /> M a /6 <br /> Attest: <br /> 4,/ d/ii> <br /> City Merl <br /> Passed: Nov. 22, 1955 <br /> Published: Nov. 23, 19 C 5 <br />
