Section 43 : The City Commissioners of the City of Everett hereby find that greater performance and efficiency can be secured from the city employees who have adequate medical care fur- nished on a uniform basis. Section 44: The City Commissioners of the City of __Everett hereby provide, as part of the compensation to be paid certain city employees, and for the best interest of the City, based upon employee efficiency, medical care to all city employees of the City of Everett, except policemen, firemen and temporary employees, the same or similar to the plan of medical coverage now being furnished said city employees by the City of Everett under terms of a contract with the Snohomish County Beneficial Association, all for the year 1956. Section 45: That Ordinance No. 3492 and all ordinances in conflict herewith of the City of Everett, and all amendments thereto, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
