.c. <br /> u 4. <br /> ORDITN,ANCE NO. 3508 <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the allocation of funds to <br /> cover unanticipated expenditures for the City tittorney Department in <br /> the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ( 350.00) for rent, and <br /> declaring an emergency. <br /> 'dlEREAS, the expenditure in the department of City <br /> Attorney for the item hereinabove set forth could not have been <br /> reasonably foreseen at the time of making the budget for the year <br /> 1955, <br /> NOn, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That an emergency is hereby declared to <br /> exist and the sum of �350.00 is hereby allocated to cover the <br /> expenditure for rent for the City Attorney Department in addition to <br /> that provided for in the budget for the year 1955. <br /> Section 2: That there is hereby appropriated out of the <br /> General Current Expense Fund of the City of rverett, not otherwise <br /> budgeted for the year 1955, the sum of350.00 which shall be paid <br /> by the issuance of warrants or emergency warrants drawn by the <br /> prober officers of the City of Everett as provided by law and charged <br /> to the City Attorney Department. <br /> Ya7o; r <br /> Attest : <br /> Y✓ Clerk <br /> k <br /> City r <br /> 5// <br /> ? - / y � <br /> Passed: <br /> Published: 5-18-55 <br />
