• ORDINANCE dO. 3504 AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the following described property in the City of Everett, bounty of Snohomish, State of bashirgton, to-wit: Parcel A A strip of land 60 feet in width, being 30 ft. on each side of the following described center line: Begin at the corner common to '-'ections 31 and 32, T 29 N, R 5 EWM the same being the SE corner of said Sec. 31; thence N 1 09' 54" along the east line of Sec. 31 for 1143. 67 ft. to the T.P.O. . ; thence S 15°22 ' W for 361.85 ft. ; thence along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 75.05 ft. and consuming an angle of 67°20'30" for 88. 21 ft. ; thence S 82°42 '30" W for 9. 6 ft. to an intersection with the easterly margin of Central Avenue, the end of this description, said point being 1134.75 ft. south of the center line of 46th St. measured along the east line Central Ave. Parcel B A strip of land 30 ft. in width being 15 ft. on each side of the following described center line: Begin at the SE corner of sec. 31, T 29 N, H 5 EWM; thence N 1°09154t° '"a along the E line of said Sec. 31 for 363. 35 ft. to the T.P.O.B. ; thence N 7°17 '30" W along a line bl1. with the center line of Central Ave. for 576.35 ft. to the center line of proposed 50th St. , excepting therefrom the r/w of proposed 50th St. (Parcel "A" above Also a strip of land 15 ft. on each side of the following described center line: Begin at the J.Ionument at the center lines of 48th St. and Central Ave. ; th S 7°17 ' 30" E along the center line of said Central Ave. for 475.0 ft. , thence angle left 90° for 160 ft. to the T.P.O.B. ; thence angle right 90° for 502, 95 ft. to an intersection with the center line of proposed 50th St. , except the r/w of proposed 50th St. Excepting from the foregoing descriptions those portions lying within the street or alley ri ht of ways as shown on the Plat of Alta Vista Addition to the City of Everett as filed for record on Feb. 15, 1955 and recorded on pg. 40 of Volume 15 of Plats, records of the Auditor of Snohomish County, ?''/ashington. ' HEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting on said street and alley above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett, praying for the vacation of said street and alley; and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, by resolution duly adopted fix the 30th day of March, 1955,. at 10:00 o ' clock A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and YrIEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner required by low; and
