r S A ORDINANCE NO. 3501 AN ORDINANCE aooroving andconfirming the assessment and assessrlent roll of Local Improvement District No. 630 for the im- provement of: -+ ';ALL STREET from Oakes Ave. to -)roadway by paving with a rortland cement concrete pavement and including as a part of such work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by surfacing with asphaltic concrete where necessary, by such grading or re- grading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, and The alley :`test of Broadway from '=F,all St. to Hewitt Ave. by paving :with. a Portland cement concrete pavement and including as a part of such work tne construction or re- construction of all sewers, side sewers with necessary appurtenances, by such grading; or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith all in accordance with resolution Ho. 5743 of the City of Everett, under ordinance 1,1o. 3469 of the 0ity of Aver. ett, levying an assess- rent on account thereof against the several lots, treats and parcels of land or other Property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof.
