j • p I - ORDINANCE NO. 3499 A ORDINA .CE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvements strict No. 633 for the improvement of: FIFTIET ST.LLEAT from Evergreen hay to the alley west of ` ilmington Avenue on both sides of the street, ` and FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of h.hilmington Avenue to the alley east oC •rilmington Avenue on the north side of the street only by the construction of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and reinstalla- tion of existing drainage and doing such other work es may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3485 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NO.b, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVER.ETT DOES 01,_ SIN: Section 1: That the assessment and the assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 633 for the improvement of: FIFTIETH STREET from Evergreen . ay to the alley west of yilminttonAvenue on both sides of the street, and FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of ', ilmington Avenue to the alley east of ilmington Avenue 14 on the north side of the street only by the construction of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and reinstalla- tion of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3185 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 25th day of March , 1955, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of suchI sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the `treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands "'or collection. ] s 1
