I ' F ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 632 for the im- provement of: 1 ILMINGTON AVENUE from 50th ' 'treet to 52nd Street by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street and FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of ''.ilmington Ave. to the alley east of ailmington Ave. by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and gutters on the south side of the street only; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and replacement of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith all in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accord- ance with Ordinance No. 3475 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and It parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and tho assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 632 for the improvement of: `ILiv1INGTON AVENUE from 50th Street to 52nd Street by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street and FIFTIETH STREET from the alley west of Wilmington Ave. to the alley east of =Ailmington Ave. by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and gutters on the south side of the street only; by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by the installation of necessary drainage or the removal and replacement of existing drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3475 of the City of Lverett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- firmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bene- fited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 1st day of February, 1955, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of such improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
