ORDINANCE NO. 3493 AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 627 for the im- provement of: COLBY AVENUE from the south line of fl,eady Land Co. second Add. to 9th Street by the construction of concrete sideselks end concrete curbs and gutters where necessary; sidewalks, curbs and gutters to be in alignment -wraith the existent,; improvement ana including as a part of same work the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances; by such grading or re -railing as may be necessary in connection there- with, and rrom NINTH STRUT to Alverson 31vd, by the construction of concrete sidewalks with integral curbs and including as part of said work the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances, by such grading or t rading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, the sidewalk and curb to be placed so as to provide a street forty (40) feet from curb to curb, all in accordance with resolution No. 5718 under Ordinance No. 3459 of the `'ity of Everett, levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date cf issue thereof. Second° Add. to 9th ,street by the construction of concrete sidewalks and concrete curbs and gutters where necessary; sidewalks, curbs and _utters to be in alignment with the existing improvement and in- cluding, as a part of said work, the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction, where necessary, of all sewers, side sewers, water mains and hydrants with necessary appurtenances ; by such grading; or regrading as may be necessary and going such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith; and from N.-.- Street to Alverson Blv ':. by the construction of con- crete sidewalks with integral curbs and including as oart of said work, the installation of the necessary surface drainage, the construction or reconstruction where necessary of all sewers, side sewers water mains and hydrants coith necessary appurtenances, by such grading or re grading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in con- nection therewith, the sidewalk and curb to be placed so as to provide a street forty (40) feet from curb to curb all in accordance w-i th Resolution No. 5718, under Ordinance No. 3459 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
