1 !} ORDINANCE to. 348 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of: McDOTJGAL AVE. from :CIF TEEtTE STREET TO SIXTEENTH STREET 1! by the installation of a 6" water main and appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary _in connection therewith. WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed with the City ! Council of the City of Everett a majority petition of the property owners petitioning for said improvement, and upon examination i{ thereof the said City Council has found the things set forth therein I to be true, and I WHEREAS, the said Petition has been referred to the 1 Commissioner of Public Works to be examined by said Commissioner and the City Engineer, and. the Commissioner of Public Works has filed 11. with the City Council all data and information required by law, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That: McDOUGALL AVE. from FIFTEENTH STREET TO SIXTEENTH STREET I; be improved by the installation of a 6" water main and appurtenances '; and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection there- 1 with, all according to the plans and specifications prepared under the direction of the City Engineer and which plans and specifications ! are hereby adopted and approved. Section 2: That the cost and expenses of such improve- ment, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be borne bar and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with the law. The City of 1 Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the 1 costs and expenses of such improvement, except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatorj thereto, and the ordinances of the City of Everett. 1 Section 3: That the:,e .s hereby establi =L'EC a local ft improvement district `to be knoan as "Local Imprw ement District 634Washington, n which district shall. include the following described property located in Everett, Snohomish.
