ORDINANCE NO. 3473 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3211 OF THE CITY OF <br /> 1 EVERETT ENTITLED: <br /> 1 An Ordinance relating to and regulating traffic, travel, <br /> transportation and pedestrians and their incidents upon <br /> the streets, alleys and public ways of Everett, a <br /> municipal corporation; prescribing the rules of road <br /> for vehicular, pedestrian and other traffic upon such <br /> streets, alleys and public ways; prescribing the powers <br /> and duties of the officers and other persons in relation <br /> thereto; defining offenses, providing penalties, adopt- <br /> ing certain portions of the motor vehicle laws of the <br /> State of Washington and existing amendments thereto; <br /> and repealing ordinance numbers 2618, 2734, 150, 2348, <br /> 2522 and 2612, all relating to traffic. <br /> Sf ADDING THERETO SECTION 155A. <br /> NO1, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That ''rdinance No. 3211 of the City of Everett <br /> be, and it is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 155A to <br /> read as follows: <br /> Section 155A: ILLEGAL TO OPERATE MOTOR VEHICLE .�EHEN <br /> OPERATOR'S LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED, REVOKED OR <br /> CANCELLED. It shall be unlawful for any ;person <br /> whose vehicle operator' s license has been suspended, <br /> revoked or cancelled to operate a motor vehicle upon <br /> the public streets, alleys, highways and thoroughfares <br /> of the City of Everett while such license is sus- <br /> pended, revoked or cancelled. <br /> Upon conviction thereof, the court shall <br /> impose a penalty of not less than ten days nor more <br /> than ninety days imprisonment in the City Jail and by <br /> a fine of not more than 300.00. <br /> tc <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> Y City Clerk <br /> } t <br /> Passed: July 20, 1954 <br /> Published: July 21, 1954 <br /> I( <br />
