ITl_ CHAPTER 128 OF THE LA"_ OF THE STATE OF r;ASHINGTON, 1945, a petition in writing signed by the owners of more than seventy-five percent (750) in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxation of the property for which annexation was petitioned, which petition set forth a description of the property according to governmental legal subdivisions and legal plats, and which petition was accompanied by a plat and draw- ing which outlined the boundaries of the property sought to be annexed, has been filed with the City Commissioners of verett , a municipal corporation, and ��iHnriLAS the Commissioners of the City of Lverett, a municipal corporation, did fix the 5th day of npril, 1954, for hear- ing upon said petition and caused notice of hearing to be published in one issue of the Lverett wily Herald, a newspaper of general circulation in the city, ana caused said notice also to be posted in three (3) places within the territory proposed for annexation, which notice as published and a.s posted specified the time and place of hearing and invited interested persons to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the annexation, and HEREAS, following the hearing the Commissioners of Everett, a municipal corporation, have determined to annex all of the property described in the petition as hereinafter set forth, NOT, Tl'HREFu , ..` CITY OF EVLRETT HOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described be, and the same is hereby annexed on the loth day of Auguyt 1954, to Everett, a municipal corporation: Begin at the intersection of the south City Limits line of the City of Lverett with the west line of Fleming atreet extended northerly in its present platted direction according to the Plat of Beverly Hills, Liv. No. 4, Snohomish County, -]sh' ngton, as recorded in Vol. 10, page 97 of Plats in the office of the Auditor of Snohomish county, \.ashing- ton; thence southerly along the said west line of Fleming utreet produced and the west line of Fleming Street to an intersection with the pro- duction westerly of the south line of Lot 4, Blk. 3, 3everly hills, Div. 4; thence easterly along the production westerly of the south line of said Lot 4 and the south line of Lot 4 to the southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence continue on the same straight line along the south line of Lot 31, Blk. 3, Beverly dills, Liv. No. 4 and the south line of said Lot 31, produced easterly, to the east line of State itoad No. 1, said east line of State head No. 1 being the west line of that portion of High- way Place vacated by proceedings of the County Commissioners and recorded in Vol. 38, page 386, Commissioners ' lLecords; thence northerly along the est line of State road ho. 1 to the south City limits of the City of -cverett ; thence westerly along the south City Limits of the city of Everett to the point of beginning.
