♦ f i. 4 4 ORDINANCE NO. 3468 AN ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of Thirty- fourth Street from Kromer Avenue to Federal street by paving the same with a Portland cement concrete pavement and including as a part of said work the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers, Tater mains and hydrants with necessary arpurtenances, the construction or reconstruction of concrete sidewalks where necessary, by such grading or regrading as may be necessary, by providing the necessary surface drainage and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith. ?iHFREP.S, there has been heretofore filed with the City Council of the City of Everett a majority petition of the property owners petitioning for said improvement, and upon examination thereof the said city Council has found the things set forth therein to be true, and EHEREAS, the said Petition has been referred to the City Engineer to be examined by said City Enineer, and the City Engineer has filed with the City Council all data and information required by law, NO';, TR11P. Section 2 : That the cost and expense of such i.rsprove- ment, including all necessary incidental expenses, shall be ?borne by and assessed against the property included in the assessment district herein created in accordance with lei . The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement except as provided by Chapter 141, Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto and the ordinances of the City of ;rei tt.
