. , S Section 13 : Also, es a further partial consideration for the granting of this franchise , the said Grantee , its successors and/or assigns, shall, on the first inside page of each and every issue of the Everett Telephone Directory, print in heavy type, directions for making emergency calls to the fire and police departments of said City. Section 14: As a further partial consideration for the granting of this franchise, the said Grantee , its successors and assigns, agrees to provide free of charge a minimum of three (3) circuits between the Fire Alarm Headquarters and the Grantee 's central exchange. These three (3) circuits to be terminated on change-over switches and will be used in case of emergency as an alternate cable route between Fire Alarm Headquarters and Grantee 's central exchange , provided, continuity of transmission of said three circuits will not be• guaranteed by the Grantee beyond reasonable maintenance and, further, the City of Everett will assume full responsibility for conducting continuity and transmission tests with the Grantee' s test board personnel in Everett. Section 15 : The Grantee , its successors and assigns, agrees to comply with all the terms and provisions of the Charter of the City of Everett as defining the rights and duties under franchises granted by the City of Everett except as otherwise modified by law. Section 16: The Grantee shall bear all the expenses of the publication of this Ordinance.
