ORDINANCE No. 3452 <br /> AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AND ESTABLISHING A PORTION OF LOT <br /> 85, FOREST PARK ADDITION TO EVERETT, DIVISION "A", AS A PART OF THE <br /> PUBLIC STREETS OF THE CITY OF EVERETT. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the following described portions of Lot 85, <br /> Forest Park Addition, Division "A", be, and the same are hereby <br /> declared to be a part of the public streets of the City of Everett, <br /> to-wit : <br /> A portion of the west 25 ft. of Lot 85, Forest Park <br /> Addition to Everett, Division "A", more particularly <br /> described as follows: Begin at the 1/16th corner on <br /> the north line of the SE* of Section 36, Township <br /> 29 North, hap e 4 EINM which is the NW corner of <br /> Lot 85, Forest Park Addition to Everett, Division "A" ; <br /> thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 85 <br /> for 67.38 ft. to the SW corner thereof; thence <br /> northeasterly along the south line of said Lot 85 for <br /> 25. 69 ft. to a point of intersection with a line 25 ft. <br /> east of and parallel to the west line of said Lot 85; <br /> thence northerly along last described line for 58.80 <br /> ft. to a point of intersection with a line 47.79 ft. <br /> distant from and parallel to the center line _of <br /> Mukilteo Blvd. , as established by SecondaryState <br /> Highway 1-I; thence angle left 83 57 ° for 25.14 ft. <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> That portion of Lot 85, Forest Park Addition to <br /> Everett, Division "A", described as follows: <br /> Begin at the 1/16th corner on the north line of <br /> the SE4 of Sec. 36, Township 29 North, hange 4 EWM, <br /> which is the northwest corner of said Lot 85; thence <br /> southeasterly along a line parallel to and 47.79 ft. <br /> distant from the center line of Mukilteo Blvd., as <br /> established by Secondary State Highway 1-I for 197.63 <br /> ft. to a point of intersection with the south line <br /> of said Lot 85, thence northeasterly along the south <br /> line of said Lot 85 for 83.87 ft. to the most <br /> easterly corner of said Lot 85; thence westerly along <br /> the north line of said Lot 85 for 278.16 ft. to the <br /> northwest corner thereof and the point of beginning. <br /> 1' <br /> M a o r <br /> Attest: ' <br /> 434 Jr. <br /> Y_ _ <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: FEb. 16, 1954 <br /> Published: Feb. 17, 1954 <br />
