ORDINANCE NO. 3420 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SERIES OF SANITARY SE LRS TO SERVICE THE AREA KNOWN AS RIDGE'; CREATING AN ENLARGED DISTRICT WHICH WILL BE DIVIDED INTO A DIRECT BENEFIT DISTRICT AND AN INDIRECT BENEFIT DISTRICT IN ACCORDANCE J I1H RESOLUTION NO. 5653 OF THE CITY OF EVERETT ; CREATING A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT FUND THEREFOR; PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF SAID IMPROVEvIENT BY SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON THE PROPERTY IN SAID ENLARGED DISTRICT UNDER THE MODE OF PAYMENT BY BONDS. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5653 the City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement of the area known as "View Ridge" by construction of a series of sanitary sewers and doing all work necessary to make a complete improvement in accord- ance with plans, maps and specifications prepared by and on file in the office of the Engineer of the City of Everett, and WHEREAS, the City Council has held the improvement to be necessary for the public health and benefit and has ordered the same, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF' EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council does hereby find the improvement to be necessary for public health and benefit and does hereby order the same, Section 2: That a series of sanitary sewers be con- structed in accordance with hesolution No. 5653 and in accordance with maps, plans and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer of the City of Everett, which are hereby adopted, over, under and across the following routes: 1. AN EASEMENT to be acquired across private property in Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 4 East W.M. from Port Gardner to a point in Crown Drive near the north boundary of Lot 1, Harbor View Add. to the City of Everett. 2. CRU N DRIVE from the north boundary of Lot 1, Harbor View Add. to the City of Everett to a point adjacent to Lot 38, Harbor View Add. to the City of Everett approx. 175 feet northerly of Olympic Blvd. 3. NORTH PARK DRIVE from Crown Drive to Olympic Blvd. 4. OLYM.PIC BLVD, from the unnamed road commonly known as Havens Road, which is bounded by Lots 57, 58, 59 and 60, Harbor View Add. to the City of Everett, to East View Ridge Drive. P 5. PARK PLACE from Olympic Blvd. to Crown Drive. 6, AN EASEmENT to be acquired across private property along the east line of Lot 32, View Ridge Add. to Everett and the east line of Lot 10, View Ridge Add. to Everett, Div, No, 2 from Park Place to View Ridge Drive. 7. VIEW RIDGE DRIVE from a point adjacent to Lot 31, View Ridge Add. to Everett to a point adjacent to Lot 37, View Ridge Add, to Everett, 8, ELM STREET from View Ridge Drive to a point 122 ft. south of View Ridge Drive.
