• <br /> PROPOSITION <br /> Shall the City of Everett , Washington, issue its <br /> general obligation bonds in the principal sum of S125 ,000 <br /> for the purpose of providing funds to acquire real property <br /> from the Water Department located on the southwest corner <br /> of California and Lombard Avenues, construct and equip a <br /> fire alarm office building and garage thereon, and acquire <br /> and install a fire and police alarm signal system therein, <br /> such bonds to bear interest at a rate of not to exceed 6 <br /> per annum, to mature in from 2 to not to exceed 20 years <br /> from date of issue , and to be payable both principal and <br /> interest out of annual tax levies to be made without <br /> limitation as to rate or amount , all as more specifically <br /> provided in Ordinance No . 3415 , passed and approved <br /> March 24t11 1953? <br /> BONDS, YES L./ <br /> BONDS, NO / / <br /> For this special election the precincts , polling places <br /> therefor, and the election officials to serve at each precinct shall <br /> be as hereafter fixed by resolution of the City Commission <br /> The polls at said polling places for such special election <br /> shall be open from 8 :00 o' clock a. m. to 8 :00 o ' clock p. m. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be one necessary <br /> for the immediate preservation of the public peace , property , health <br /> and safety of the t eorle of the City of Everett, Washington.
