• PROPOSITION Shall the City of Everett , Washington, issue its general obligation bonds in the principal sum of S125 ,000 for the purpose of providing funds to acquire real property from the Water Department located on the southwest corner of California and Lombard Avenues, construct and equip a fire alarm office building and garage thereon, and acquire and install a fire and police alarm signal system therein, such bonds to bear interest at a rate of not to exceed 6 per annum, to mature in from 2 to not to exceed 20 years from date of issue , and to be payable both principal and interest out of annual tax levies to be made without limitation as to rate or amount , all as more specifically provided in Ordinance No . 3415 , passed and approved March 24t11 1953? BONDS, YES L./ BONDS, NO / / For this special election the precincts , polling places therefor, and the election officials to serve at each precinct shall be as hereafter fixed by resolution of the City Commission The polls at said polling places for such special election shall be open from 8 :00 o' clock a. m. to 8 :00 o ' clock p. m. Section 4. This ordinance is declared to be one necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace , property , health and safety of the t eorle of the City of Everett, Washington. An emergency is hereby declared to exist , and this ordinance is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication as provided by law.
