ORDINANCE 110. 3390 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIED PORTION OF STREET AND ALLEY IN THE CITY OF EVERETT, COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON, TO-WIT : Begin at a point on the west line of the N.P. Ry. Co. right of way end the north property line of 24-th extended westerly, said point being N 89° 52 ' west of and distant 517, 61 ft. from the monument line of Grand Ave. , th north 3° 03 ' east and following the west line of the N.P. Ry. Co. right of way for 1,45 ft. ; th on the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 5794.65 ft. and consuming an angle of 4° 26 ' for a distance of 448. 42 ' ; th north 7° 29' east tangent to said curve for 26.33 ft. , th N 89° 52 ' west for 50.41 ft. to the west boundary of the Horton Ave. extension; th south 7° 27 ' west for 19.88 ft. , th on the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 5844.65 ft. and consuming an angle of 4° 26' for a distance of 452.24 ft. , th S 3° 03 ' west and tangent to said curve for 3.03 ft. , th S 89° 52 ' east for 50.06 ft. to the point of beginning, being a description of the southerly 476. 15 ft. of a 50 ft. wide tract deeded to the City of tiverett for street and recorded eiuly 24, 1930, Vol. 254 of Deeds, pg. 150, in the Snohomish County Auditor 's office. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- vate property abutting upon the portion of street and alley above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett praying for the vacation of said portion of street and alley; and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 29th day of August, 1952, at 10:00 A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing, no persons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein described portion of street and alley and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition; and WHEREAS, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described portion of street and alley, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVER:ETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the portion of street and alley in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: Begin at a point on the west line of the N. P. Ry.
