F' 1 ORDINANCE NO. 3384 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF EVERETT, COUNTY OF SNOHOMISH, STATE OF WASHINGTON, TO-WIT : The alley lying northeasterly of Block 12, Rucker Park Add. from "ernon Dr. (vac. ) to Warren Avenue. WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the private property abutting on said street and alley above described have duly filed their petition with the City Council of Everett, praying for the vacation of said alley; and WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, by resolution duly adopted, fix the 27th day of June, 1952, at 11:00 o' clock A.M. of said day for the hearing and determination of said petition; and WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of said hearing and the determination of said petition has been given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for hearing no persons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein described alley and no objections of any kind were made to the granting of said petition; and WHEREAS, it now appearing to the City Council that said petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine to vacate the above described property, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, to-wit: The alley lying northeasterly of Block 12, Rucker Park Add. from Vernon Dr. (vac. ) to Warren Avenue iE, !} be, and the same is hereby vacated, and the title to the land in i' said alley, above described, is hereby declared to vest in the 1 abutting property owners as provided by law.
