• <br /> a• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3381 <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating the position of one additional Captain <br /> in the Police Department of the 'Jity of Everett for the balance of <br /> the year 1952 and fixing the salary thereof, and declaring an <br /> emergency to exist. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVEREa T DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: There is hereby; created in the Police Depart- <br /> ment of the City of Everett the position of one additional Captain <br /> for the balance of the year 1952. <br /> Section 2: That the salary of said Captain for the balance <br /> of the year 1952 shall be 365.00 per month, commencing the <br /> 1st day of July, 1952. <br /> Section 3: That it is necessary for the effective opera- <br /> tion of the Police Department that the position of one additional <br /> Captain be created in order to supervise the night operation of the <br /> Police Department, and that an emergency is hereby declared to <br /> exist and this ordinance shall take effect as of July 1, 1952. <br /> May,,/or <br /> Attest: <br /> v)— <br /> . /44/Y <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: June 17, 1952 <br /> Published: June 18, 1952 <br />
