NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Everett , Washington, as follows : Section 1 . The following described plan and system of additions and improvements to the water supply and distribution system of the city is hereby proposed , specified and adopted , to wit : A. The city shall reline the existing tunnel from the Sultan River to Lake Chaplain with concrete , with reinforcing steel to be installed where necessary . B. The city shall construct a 24,000 ,000 gallon concrete reservoir to be known as "Reservoir No. 4" on city property located directly north and adjacent to Reservoir No. 2 in the city. C. The city shall construct a 5 , 000 ,000 gallon concrete reservoir to be known as "Reservoir No. 5" on property owned by the city approximately 1 ,000 feet southeasterly of 50th Street and Dogwood. The city shall install fences around both of said reservoirs , reservoirs • and the mid/shall be connected with the existing water system where necessary and proper, and shall be constructed and so connected with all valves, fittings and appurtenances necessary . Said plan of additions and improvements is all as more particularly described and set forth in maps , plans and specifications prepared by John W. Cunningham & Associates, consulting engineers of Portland , Oregon, and now on file in the office of the City Water Superintendent. It is hereby further provided that such plans shall be subject to such additions or changes as to details or other changes not affecting the main general plan or plans hereinbefore set forth 2.
