r ' ORDINANCE NO. 3346. AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 620 for the improvement of Maulsby Lane from Alverson Blvd. northwesterly to its termination by the construction of a portland cement con- crete pavement, by providing for the necessary drainage, by doing such grading or regrading as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5526 of the City of Everett, under Ordinance No. 3334 of the City of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds there- for, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERE'1'T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 620 for the improvement of Maulsby Lane from Alverson Blvd. northwesterly to its termination by the construction of a portland cement concrete pavement, by provid- ing for the necessary drainage, by doing such grading or regrad- ing as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5526 of the City of Everett, under Ordinance No. 3334 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. Section 2: That each of the lots, bracts and parcels of land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3: That the 26th day of November , 1951, is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be issued on account of said improvement. Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
