.. <br /> r f <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3343. <br /> AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of the follow- <br /> ing described property in the City of Everett, County of Snohomish, <br /> State of Washington, to-wit: <br /> That portion of the alley in Block 4, Central Park <br /> Addition to Everett described as follows: Beginning <br /> at a point on the south property line of 44th St. , <br /> 144.81 ft. east of the northwest corner of Lot 1, <br /> Block 4, Central Park hddition to Everett; thence <br /> south and parallel to the east property line of Hoyt <br /> Ave. for a distance of 23.88 ft. ; thence along the <br /> arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 160.82 <br /> ft. and consuming a central angle of 18°34'14" for a <br /> distance of 52.12 ft. to the point of tangent with <br /> the east property line of the alley in said Block 4, <br /> Central Park Addition to Everett; thence northerly <br /> along the east property line of said alley for a dis- <br /> tance of 76.92 ft. to the northwest corner of Lot 21, <br /> Block 4, Central Park Addition to Everett; thence <br /> west along the south property line of 44th St. for <br /> 7. 44 ft. to the point of beginning. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the pri- <br /> vate property abutting upon the portion of the alley above des- <br /> cribed have duly filed their petition with the City Council of <br /> Everett, _raying for the vacation of said portion of street; and <br /> WHEREAS, said City Council of the City of Everett did, <br /> by resolution duly adopted, fix the 6th day of September, 1951 at <br /> 10:00 o 'clock A.N. of said day for the hearing and determination <br /> of said petition; and <br /> WHEREAS, due and legal notice of the time and place of <br /> said hearing and the determination of said petition has been <br /> given by the City Clerk in the manner required by law; and <br /> WHEREAS, at the time and paced fixed for hearing no per- <br /> sons appeared or made objections to the vacating of the herein <br /> described portion of alley and no objections of any kind were made <br /> to the granting of said petition; and <br /> WHEREAS, it now appearing to the City Council that said <br /> petition should be granted and said Council does hereby determine <br /> to vacate the above described property, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the property in the City of Everett, <br /> County of Snohomish, State of Washington, described as follows, <br /> to-wit: <br /> That portion of the alley in Block 4, Central Park <br /> Addition to Everett described as follows: Beginning <br /> at a point on the south property line of 44th St. , <br /> 144.81 ft. east of the northwest corner of Lot 1, <br /> Block 4, Central Park Addition to Everett; thence <br /> south and parallel to the east property line of Hoyt <br /> Ave. for a distance of 23.88 ft. ; thence along the <br /> arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 160.82 <br /> ft. and consuming a central angle of 18034 '14" for a <br />
