ORDINANCE NO. 3331 AN ORDINANCE providing for the construction of a trunk sewer to sewage the south portion of the City of Everett by extension of the existing present trunk sewer located at and near the south line of Memorial Stadium and by the construction of lateral sewers in connection therewith, describing the route along which such improvement is to be constructed, describing lateral sewer locations, acquiring any necessary right-of-way, establishing and fixing the boundary of the district to be assess ed for such improvement, adopting the maps, plans and specifi- cations as prepared by the engineer of the City of Everett for such improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5511 of the City of Everett, creating a local improvement district fund, providing for the payment of such improvement by special assess- ment under mode of payment by bonds, and providing for the sale of said bonds by the City of Everett. WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 5511, the City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement as herein outlined and by doing all work in connection therewith necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the engineer of the City of Everett, and WHEREAS, a hearing has been duly held as required by law, WHEREAS, the City Council has, by unanimous vote, held the improvement to be necessary for the public health and has ordered the same, and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That a trunk sewer be constructed over and along the following described route: Beginning at the existing manhole near the south boundary of Everett Memorial Stadium, th southwesterly through an easement across private property to the north end of the existing 30" concrete culvert across 41st St. at a point approx. 250 ft. east of the center line of Wetmore Ave. , th through the existing culvert to the south end of cul- vert; th through an easement across private property and following the approx. course of the existing stream to 43rd St. and Wetmore Ave. , being more particularly des- cribed as follows: Beginning at the monument at 39th St. and Broadway; th angle left 83° 37' 22" from the monument line between 38th and 39th Sts. on Broadway for 181.25 ft. ; th angle left 25° 43' 08" for 571.63 ft. to the existing manhole near the south line of Memorial Stadium and the T.P.O.B. of this description; th angle left 37° 39' 44" for 777.29 ft; th angle left 210 27' for 38.20 ft. to an angle point on the existing 30" culvert pipe across 41st St. ; th angle left 4° 56' on the center line of said 30" culvert pipe for 239.13 ft. ; th angle left 30° 32' for 379.96 ft. ; th on the arc of a curve to the right tangent to the last described course, consuming a central angle of 69° 25' for 104. 95 ft. ; th on a line tangent to the last described point on said curve for 181.09 fta; th angle left 25° 10' for 160. 16 ft. ; th angle right 50 22 ' 30" for 182.84 ft. to 43rd St. and Wetmore Ave. and that branch and lateral sewers be constructed along the follow ing described lines:
