ORDINANCE NO. 3329. AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ALTERING THE BOUNDARIES AND DIVIDING EXISTING ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT, ESTABLISHING NEW ELECTION PRECINCTS AND DEFINING THE BOUNNTDARIES THEREOF, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 3070 OF THE CITY OF EVERE'1T AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH, THE CITY OF EVEREI'T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the existing election precincts of the City of Everett be, and the same are hereby altered and divided and the boundaries thereof shall be as follows: Precinct No. 1: Bounded on the north by 39th Street and 39th Street produced west to the west line of Section 30, Township 29 north, Range 5 EWM; on the west by the west line of Sections 30 and 31, Township 29, N. R. 5 EWM; on the south by 47th Street and 47th Street produced west to the west line of Section 31; on the east by Grand Avenue. Precinct No. 2: Bounded on the north by 34th Street and 34th Street produced west; on the east by Norton and Grand Avenues; on the south by 39th Street and 39th Street produced west from Grand Avenue to the west line of Section 30, Townshio 29 North, Range 5 E.W.M. ; thence north to a point 530 feet north of the southwest corner of Government Lot 3, in said Section 30, thence west to the City Limits; on the west by the City Limits. Precinct No. 3: Bounded on the north by Wall Street ex- tended west; on the east by Kromer Avenue; on the south by 34th Street extended; on the west by the City Limits. Precinct No. 4: Bounded on the north by Vball Street; on the east by Norton Avenue; on the south by 34th Street; on the west by Kromer Avenue. Precinct No. 5: Bounded on the north by 26th Street pro- duced west; on the east by Norton Avenue; on the south by Wall Street produced west; on the west by the City Limits. Precinct No. 6: Bounded on the north by 41st Street; on the east by the City Limits; on the south by 44th Street; on the west by Grand Avenue. Precinct No. 7: Bounded on the north by Franklin Street and 38th Street; on the east by Colby Avenue; on the south by 41st Street; on the west by Grand Avenue. Precinct No. 8: Bounded on the north by 35th Street; on the east by Colby Avenue; on the south by 38th Street and Franklin Street; on the west by Norton Avenue. Precinct No. 9: Bounded on the north by 32nd Street; on the east by Hoyt Avenue; on the south by 35th Street; on the west by Norton Avenue. Precinct No. 10: Bounded on the north by Hewitt Avenue; on the east by Hoyt Avenue; on the south by 32nd Street; on the west by Norton Avenue. Precinct No. 11: Bounded on the west by Norton Avenue; on the south by Hewitt Avenue; on the east by Hoyt Avenue; on the north by 26th Street from Hoyt Avenue to Rucker Avenue, thence south to Everett Avenue, thence west to Norton Avenue. -1-
