• ORDINANCE NO. 3325. AN ORDINANCE fixing and establishing the grade on 8th Street from the west property line of Hoyt Ave. to the east pro- perty line of Rucker Ave. in the City of Everett. WHEREAS, the City Council of Everett has determined that public necessity demands that the grade of 8th Street from the west property line of Hoyt Ave. to the east property line of Rucker Ave. be established, NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVEREi2T DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the curb line grades for 8th Street from the west property line of Hoyt Ave. to the east property line of Rucker Ave. in the City of Everett be established at the follow- ing elevations: Beginning at the west property line of Hoyt Ave. , which is designated as Station 0 + 00; thence west along the center line of 8th Street to the east property line of Rucker Ave. which is Station 2 + 54.
