ORDINANCE NO. 3322. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local mprovement District No. 616 for the im- <br /> provement of Delaware Avenue from 48th Street to a point approximately <br /> 425 feet north of 48th Street by the construction of a sewer together <br /> with the necessary appurtenances and doing such other work as may be <br /> necessary in connection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution <br /> No. 5473 of the City of Everett, under Ordinance No. 3302 of the City <br /> of Everett; levying an assessment on account thereof against the <br /> 1 several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown <br /> on said roll; providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fix- <br /> ing the date of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> 1 Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> I Local Improvement District No, 616 for the improvement of Delaware <br /> Avenue from 48th Street to a point approximately 425 feet north of <br /> 48th Street by the construction of a sewer together with the necessary <br /> appurtenances and doing such other work as may be necessary in con- <br /> ' nection therewith, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5473 of <br /> ; the City of Everett, under Ordinance No. 3302 of the City of Everett, <br /> gas the same now stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things <br /> approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> eland as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bene- <br /> fited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the <br /> , same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said <br /> ? lot, tract and parcel of land, or other property appearing on said <br /> ' roll in the amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the 10th day of Larch , 1951, is <br /> ! hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first <br /> publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in <br /> his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> / ue I( <br /> City Cler <br /> Passed: January 23, 1951. <br /> Published: It 24, 1951. <br />
