AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 609 for the im- provement of Hoyt Avenue from 50 feet north of 10th Street to the north line of Ready Land Company's 2nd Addition by the construction of a concrete sidewalk on the east side of the street only; also Hoyt Avenue from the north line of Ready Land Company's 2nd Addition to Alverson Boulevard by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and gutters on both sides of the street and including 1 as a part of said work the installation of necessary drainage, such grading or regarding as may be necessary and doing such other work as !I may be necessary in connection therewith, in accordance with a majority petition therefor, all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3278 of the City of Everett, levying an assessment on account there- of against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land or other l' property as shown on said roll, providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue thereof. THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 609 for the improvement of Hoyt ,; Avenue from 50 feet north of 10th Street to the north line of Ready I Land Company's 2nd Addition by the construction of a concrete side- ;, walk on the east side of the street only; also Hoyt Avenue from the 1 north line of Ready Land Company's 2nd Addition to Alverson Boulevard i by the construction of a concrete sidewalk and concrete curbs and i gutters on both sides of the street and including as a part of said Hark the installation of necessary drainage, such grading or regrad- ing as may be necessary and doing such other work as may be necessary , in connection therewith, in accordance with a majority petition Itherefor; all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3278 of the City of ! Everett, as the same now stands , be, and the same is hereby in all } things approved and confirmed. ISection 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of ; land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bene- fited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, tract or parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the same. Section 3 : That the i9�iOth day of iebivarY , 1951, is ! hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required 'to be ; issued on account of said improvement. IIi Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract j; and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in his hands for collection.
