• . -1 ► , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3312. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local improvement District No. 613 for the im- <br /> provement of Hewitt Avenue from Virginia Avenue to State 6treet by <br /> the installation of a street lighting system. Said system is to in- <br /> clude trenching, laying cable, resurfacing, laying conduit where <br /> necessary, installing posts and light units and all other material <br /> and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement; <br /> all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3287 of the City of Everett, <br /> levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, <br /> providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of <br /> issue thereof: <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 613 for the improvement of Hewitt <br /> Avenue from Virginia Avenue to State Street by the installation of a <br /> street lighting system. Said system is to include trenching, laying <br /> cable, resurfacing, laying conduit where necessary, installing posts <br /> and light units and all other material and by doing all other work <br /> necessary to make a complete improvement; all in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No. 3287 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, <br /> be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bone- <br /> fited by said improvement in at Least the amount charged against the <br /> __. same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, <br /> 11 tract or parcel of land, or other property appearing on said roll in <br /> the amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3: That the :',th day of January, 1951, �/� Ip is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum, <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first <br /> publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in <br /> his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> • <br /> Mayor <br /> • Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: December 6th, 1950. <br /> Published: " 7th, 1950. <br /> • <br /> • <br /> 1 <br />
