ORDINANCE NO. 3310. <br /> AN ORDINANCE approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local Improvement District No. 615 for the improve- <br /> ment of Hoyt Avenue from Hewitt Avenue to California Street by the <br /> installation of a street electric lighting system. Said system is to <br /> include trenching, laying cable , resurfacing, laying conduit where <br /> necessary, installing posts and light units and all other material and <br /> by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all <br /> in accordance with Ordinance No. 3291 of the City of Everett, levying <br /> an assessment on account thereof against the several lots tracts <br /> and parcels of land or other property as shown on said roll, providing <br /> for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date of issue <br /> thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 615 for the improvement of Hoyt Avenue <br /> from Hewitt Avenue to California Street by the installation of a <br /> street electric lighting system. Said system is to include trenching, <br /> laying cable , resurfacing, laying conduit where necessary, installing <br /> posts and light units and all other material and by doing all other <br /> work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with <br /> Ordinance No. 3291 of the City of Everett, as the same now stands, be, <br /> and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially bene- <br /> fited by said improvement in at least the amount charged against the <br /> same , and that there is hereby levied an assessment against said lot, <br /> tract or parcel of land, or other Property appearing on said roll in <br /> the amount finally charged against the same. <br /> Section 3 : That the 20th day of January, 1951, YAW is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the bonds required to be <br /> issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum may <br /> be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of first <br /> publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been placed in <br /> his hands for collection. <br /> Section 5 : That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of <br /> said City. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEsT: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Passed: November 29th, 1950. <br /> Published: November 30th, 1950. <br />
