• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3298 <br /> An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and <br /> assessment roll of Local -improvement District No. 611 for the <br /> improvement of the alley in Blocks Three and Four (3 & 4), Plat o <br /> Vista Heights, being the alley between Alger Avenue and College <br /> Avenue from 47th Street to the south line of Ylat of Vista Height- <br /> by the construction of a sewer, together with the necessary <br /> appurtenances and such other work as may be necessary in connect- <br /> ion therewith, in accordance with a majority petition therefor; <br /> all in accordance with Ordinance No. 3285 of the City of Everett; <br /> levying an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, <br /> tracts and parcels of land or other property as shown on said rol , <br /> providing for the issuance of bonds therefor, and fixing the date <br /> of issue thereof. <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of <br /> Local Improvement District No. 611 for the improvement of the <br /> alley in Blocks Three and Four (3 & 4) , Plat of Vista Heights, <br /> being the alley between Alger Avenue and College Avenue from 47th <br /> Street to the south line of Plat of Vista Heights by the con- <br /> struction of a sewer, together with the necessary appurtenances <br /> and such other work as may be necessary in connection therewith, <br /> in accordance with a majority petition therefor; all in accordance <br /> with Ordinance No. 3285 of the City of Everett, as the same now <br /> stands, be, and the same is hereby in all things approved and con- <br /> firmed. <br /> Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of <br /> land as shown by said roll is hereby declared to be especially <br /> benefited by said improvement in at least the amount charged <br /> against the same, and that there is hereby levied an assessment <br /> against said lot, tract or parcel of land, or other property <br /> appearing on said roll in the amount finally charged against the <br /> same. <br /> Section 3: That the 4.th day of November , 1950, is <br /> hereby fixed as the date of the ssuance of the bonds required to <br /> be issued on account of said improvement. <br /> Section 4: That the sum charged against each lot, tract <br /> and parcel of land and other property, or any portion of such sum <br /> may be paid during the thirty-day period following the date of <br /> first publication by the Treasurer that such assessment has been <br /> placed in his hands for collection. <br /> Section b: That the City of Everett may sell said bonds <br /> and make payments in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances <br /> of said City. <br /> • <br /> • 'day or <br /> ATT ' T: <br /> Ci/ty Cf_erk <br /> Passed: entember 12, 1950 <br /> Published: September 13, 1950 <br />
