• <br /> ORDINANCE NO.3286. <br /> An Ordinance amending Section Six of Ordinance No. 2730 <br /> entitled "An Ordinance relating to the public health and providing <br /> for the inspection of animal meats intended for human consumption, <br /> regulating and licensing the preparation, handling, and sale of <br /> such meats, defining offenses, and prescribing penalties for the <br /> violation thereof". <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That Section Six of Ordinance No. 2730 be, <br /> and it is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Section 6: Fee L'or Inspecting Carcasses: <br /> For the purpose of defraying the cost and expense of <br /> the Inspector of carcasses required by this orainance, the Inspec- <br /> tor is authorized to charge and collect the following fees for <br /> such service: <br /> Hogs 50V per head Veal or calves 40¢' per head <br /> Goats 10 per head Sheep 104' per head <br /> Said fee shall be paid to the inspector at the time of <br /> inspection and all moneys so paid shall be receipted for by the <br /> Inspector and turned over by him to the Oity Treasurer daily, <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City C1 tk <br /> Passed: May 31, 1950. <br /> Published: June 1, 1950. <br />
