<br /> WHEREAS,Broadway Apartments @ 3214,LLC, 15 Lake Bellevue Dr.,Suite 200, Bellevue, WA 98005
<br /> has been issued a Certificate of Occupancy by the City of Everett for a 140 unit multiple family building at
<br /> 3214 Broadway Ave, Everett, WA 98201;
<br /> WHEREAS, Broadway Apartments @ 3214,LLC, has provided the City of Everett with a statement of
<br /> the amount of construction expenditures made with respect to each housing unit and the composite
<br /> expenditure made in the construction of the entire property,a description of the work that has been
<br /> completed,a statement that the new construction qualifies the property for limited exemption under
<br /> Chapter 84.14 RCW and a statement that the work has been completed within three years and the time
<br /> allowed by approved extensions of the issuance of the application approval,conditional certificate of tax
<br /> exemption and contract approved by the Everett City Council;
<br /> WHEREAS,the improvements constructed and completed by Broadway Apartments @ 3214,LLC on
<br /> the building are consistent with the application and contract approved by the Everett City Council and
<br /> other requirements of the City of Everett;
<br /> WHEREAS,Broadway Apartments @ 3214,LLC property, at 3214 Broadway,as described herein is
<br /> qualified for the 12-Year limited exemption under Chapter 84.14 RCW to the extent of those
<br /> improvements dedicated to residential multi-family use.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE,the City of Everett by and through its authorized representative, Interim Planning
<br /> Director, David Stalheim, under the provisions of Chapter 84.14 RCW and Chapter 3.78 EMC, hereby issues
<br /> this CERTIFICATION OF TAX EXEMPTION for,Broadway Apartments @ 3214, LLC located at 3214
<br /> Broadway Ave, Everett,WA 98201;Snohomish County Assessor Parcel Number:00439076303100,
