<br /> to be necessary as a result of performing he specified work.
<br /> 3. Any repairs, installation, removal or replacement of non-plumbing items or aclivities including but not limited to
<br /> concrete, paving ,asohalt, slabs, sidev:alks, driveways, patios, pools, shrubbery, grass laems, `ences, elee?rica;
<br /> wiring and (ixtures, painling, decorations, plastering, sheetrock, and oiherwall coverings, glass, carpeniry, mill�r.ork,
<br /> cabinels, floors, carpeting, floor sur(aces and preparation, roofing, flashing, sheet metal gutlers, doemspouts,
<br /> brick, stone:��ork, extension tivalls, steel and other frzmework.
<br /> �, 4. Damaoe caused lo customer's plumbing system by se�.ti�er and drain cleanino equipment v,hen such is ca��sed by
<br /> • pre-existing defects in such plumbing systems. j
<br /> � Customer a�cepts full responsibility for the prompl paymenl of all cosis of this agreement ever though customer
<br /> may intend to obtain reimbursement irom otners such as landlords, tenants, insurance companies and tort feasors

<br /> contractor is �equired to provide you wilh further informafion about lien release documents if ��ou request it. �
