Please review and respond to the comments below. <br /> ARCHITECTURAL <br /> 1. It appears that Details 1 and 2 on Sheet 6 conflict with the Structural Details <br /> 2 and 1 on S2, respectively. Please clarify which details govern the installation <br /> of the new framing at these locations. IBC 107.2.1. <br /> STRUCTURAL <br /> 1. From Partial Plan on 2/S1, it appears that the framing extents exceed what is <br /> shown on the Architectural partial plan Sheet 4. Please clarify and revise as <br /> required. IBC 107.2.1. <br /> 2. On Detail 1/S2, it appears that the existing guardrails are to be replaced onto <br /> the new deck framing, please indicate the reattachment details and provide <br /> calculations for their reattachment based on the loading to the new framing per <br /> IBC 1607.8.1. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary <br /> to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction <br /> documents reflecting the corrections requested.
