Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> NON STRUCTURAL <br /> Construction <br /> 1. Plan notes on Sheet Al refer to sheets A5-A7 which are not included in the drawing set. <br /> 2. Lower venting for the new roof should be shown. Section R806.2 <br /> 3. A typical detail of the foundation should be provided that shows the P.T. plate, anchor <br /> bolts and plate washers, rim joist, footing dimensions and reinforcement and adjacent <br /> grade. <br /> 4. The foundation wall should be shown to be a minimum of 6 inches above adjacent grade. <br /> Section R317.1 <br /> 5. Floor joists should be shown to be a minimum of 18"above the underfloor grade. Section <br /> R317.1 <br /> 6. The new under-floor space should be shown with a minimum 18"x 24" access opening <br /> (sized for a floor opening). Section R408.4 <br /> 7. New exterior wall and roof items should be specified to include siding, roofing, sheathing, <br /> moisture barriers, etc. <br /> 8.
