<br /> limited to, that which may be required because of pre•existing plumbing code violations or additional �vork revealed

<br /> � 3. Any repairs, installalion, removal or replacement of non-plumbing ite�ns or activities including but not limited to:
<br /> concrete, paving ,asphalt, slabs, sidewalks, driveways, patios, pools, shrubbery, grass la�vns, fences, electrical
<br /> �viring and fixlures, painting, decorations, plasteriny, sheetrock, and other wall coverings, glass, carpentry, mill�vork,
<br /> I c�hinets, floors, carpehng, (loor surfaces and preparalion, roo(ing, flashing, sheet metal gutters, doeanspouts,
<br /> I bnck, stonework, extension vaalis, sleel and other iramet:�ork.
<br /> i 4. Damage caused to customer's plumbing system by see�er and drain cleaning equipment a�hen such is caused by

<br /> Apotlo ?lumbing, the fr2nchisee, �r:arrants, to the extent stated herein, the plumoing repair servi�e and tlrain
<br /> deaning services �urnished by it The 5tated period of �;�arranty commences upon instailation or rep2ir oi plumbing
<br /> or upon cleaning of drains
<br /> Purchaser undersiands that Apollo Plumbing's, the franchisee, liahility under this warranty is limited to repair,
<br /> � repfacement, re-cieani�g or refund of purchaser's money and does nol exlend lo property damage resuliirg from
<br /> drains which become clogged or obstrucled or from plumbing �vork which iails during the agreed upon ��varranty
<br /> period.
<br /> This v�arranty gives you soeci(ic legal rights. You may also have other riyhts which vary �rom state to state.
<br /> NOTICE TO OWNER
<br /> � THE LAVV RE�UIRES THAT THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT A SWORN STATEMENT OF
<br /> PERSONS FURNISHING MATERIALS AND LABOR BEFORE ANY PAYA4ENT IS REQUIRED TO BE
