The grant, if awarded, will <br />reimburse the City 50% of eligible capital costs up to $152,000. <br />Project summary statement: <br />The application for the Library Capital Improvement Program Application must be <br />submitted by May 1, 2022. Prior to submission of the grant application, the City <br />requires approval from Administration. <br />Recommendation (exact action requested of Council): <br />Approve the submittal of the Library Capital Improvement Program Grant and authorize <br />Mayor to sign the contract and all related documents once the grant is awarded. <br />
